我认为教师在设计活动方案时应该利用以下三个方面的因素来激发幼儿产生共鸣,帮助幼儿顺利渡过入园难关。第一,同伴因素。如我认为导入部分的谈话应该这样设计:“今天早晨,我看见雯雯高高兴兴来到幼儿园,她走到我面前大声地向我问好,还给了我一个大大的拥抱,我好高兴啊!你们还看见谁也是高高兴兴地来上幼儿园的?”这一谈话的目的是引导幼儿发现同伴身上积极的行为,从而激发幼儿产生高高兴兴入园的
