据杭州市统计局最新统计,一季度杭州市累计实现商品房销售面积100.72万平方米,同比增长0.5%;增速比去年同期回落27.3个百分点。但与2005年和2006年同期相比,增幅仍达28.6%和15.2%,因此销售总体上较为平稳。市场价格从去年四季度以来也未见大幅波动。前三个月杭州市商品房销售价格同比分别上涨14%、13.7%和13.3%,涨幅与去年四季度基本持平。
According to the latest statistics of Hangzhou Bureau of Statistics, in the first quarter, the total sales area of commercial buildings in Hangzhou totaled 1,007,200 square meters, up 0.5% over the same period of last year; the growth rate dropped 27.3% over the same period of last year. However, compared with the same period in 2005 and 2006, the increase rate still reached 28.6% and 15.2% respectively. As a result, sales were generally stable. Market prices have not seen sharp fluctuations since the fourth quarter of last year. In the first three months, the sales prices of commercial buildings in Hangzhou rose by 14%, 13.7% and 13.3% respectively over the same period of previous year, basically the same as the fourth quarter of last year.
