Researchers at the Hannover Laser Center in Germany have developed two new optical technologies that can make 100 structures. The first technique is the two-photon polymerization of photosensitive materials that can produce complex three-dimensional structures and nanostructures, such as miniature Venus statues. The second technique uses sub-diffraction limit ablation to produce nanostructures.
