随着油田不断的开发,随着开发时间的延长,油田采油设备寿命问题已经日益突出。作为油田采油的主体的抽油机的工作效率和工作寿命问题越来越受到关注,油田抽油机杆柱和油管的偏磨现象日益突出,严重的影响了油井的正常工作。因此研究抽油机井的防偏磨技术十分必要,文章通过文献调研结合理论分析,研究了抽油井杆柱和油管偏磨的原因和机理,通过对偏磨机理的研究,提出了通过采用新型防偏磨工具多角度可调式杆柱防偏磨器,并从优选材料、改进工艺等方面来防止抽油机井偏磨现象的出现。抽油机防偏磨技术的提出,提高了抽油机井的工作寿命,降低了油田的修井成本,促进了油田的开发水平。
With the continuous development of oilfields, as the development time prolongs, the problem of oilfield equipment life has become increasingly prominent. As the main body of the oil field pumping unit working efficiency and working life issues more and more attention, oil field pumping rod and tubing eccentric wear phenomenon has become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the normal work of the well. Therefore, it is necessary to study the anti-eccentricity technology of pumping well. In this paper, through literature review and theoretical analysis, the reasons and mechanism of partial wear of rod and tubing of pumping well are studied. Through the study of eccentric wear mechanism, Partial grinding tools multi-angle adjustable column anti-bias device, and from the preferred materials, improve technology and other aspects to prevent the phenomenon of eccentric partial wear wells. Anti-eccentric wear pumping technology put forward to improve the working life of the pumping wells, reducing workover costs of the oil field, and promote the level of development of the oil field.
