血活素药膏含血活素(Solcoseryl)2.125mg/L和表面麻醉剂polydocanol 10.0 mg/L,还含有明胶、果胶和羧甲基纤维素,涂在伤口后形成稳定的防护膜。 施行义齿种植手术368例,分两组,未用药膏组为对照组:154例(349个种植体),男85例,女69例,年龄20～76岁。涂血活素药膏组为实验组:214例(516个种植体),男128例,女86例,年龄17～81岁。种植术后在防湿干燥的条件下在种植体颈周围涂薄层血活素药膏,以后饭后涂,每日3～5次。术后1～2d局部冰敷,1～6 d局部用0.05％洗必太液冲洗,每日2次。未用抗生素,少数病例给止痛药2d。
Blood activin creams contain 2.125 mg / L of Solcoseryl and 10.0 mg / L of polydocanol, a topical anesthetic. They also contain gelatin, pectin and carboxymethylcellulose to form a stable protective film on the wound.
