氨酰心安（Atenolol）是一种选择性β_1-受体阻滞剂，具有降血压，抗心绞痛和抗心律失常作用。我们自1987年4月～1989年4月应用复方氨酰心安采用随机双盲自身前后交叉对照方法治疗原发性高血压，现将资料完整的24例报告如下：
