本文通过冠脉造影,探讨运动心电图的ST段改变与冠心病病变轻重程度的关系。 病例选择:经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者40人,男28例,女12例,平均年龄54.7岁。 活动平板运动试验采用Bruce方案,进行亚极运动负荷试验。在运动前,运动中,每一级结束及运动后每3分钟记录12导联立位心电图。运动前心电图可正常或已有缺血性(水平型或下斜型)ST段改变,运动后ST段比运动前压低或抬高≥1mm为阳性。
This article by coronary angiography, exercise ECG ST segment changes and coronary heart disease severity of the relationship. Case Selection: Coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography in 40 patients, 28 males and 12 females, with an average age of 54.7 years. Active treadmill exercise test Bruce program for sub-exercise load test. Before exercise, exercise, at the end of each level and after exercise every 3 minutes record 12 lead position ECG. Pre-exercise ECG can be normal or has ischemic (horizontal or oblique type) ST segment changes, ST segment after exercise than before exercise or elevated elevation ≥ 1mm positive.
