我国的教育目标强调培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才,德育被放在教育目标的首位,是学校教育的重中之重。但是,很多学校在教育工作中并不能摆正德育的位置,将之孤立化、扩大化、忽视化,导致德育工作出现诸多问题,没有实现其预期目标。针对这些问题,学校的德育工作需要从以下几个方面入手:加强家校之间的联系、提高教师的素质、联系实际生活,充分保障德育的实施效果。 The educational goal of our country emphasizes the cultivation of talented people with all-round development in moral, physical, mental and physical education. Moral education is placed at the top of education goals and is the most important part of school education. However, in many schools, their position in moral education can not be mastered, and their isolation, enlargement and neglect have led to many problems in their moral education and their expected goals have not been met. In view of these problems, the moral education in schools needs to start with the following aspects: strengthening the connection between home and school, improving the quality of teachers, connecting with actual life and fully guaranteeing the effect of moral education.
