在电力市场多级多元化的背景下, 随着各种电力辅助服务市场的开放, 研究机组所涵盖的有功、无功、备用等多种电力交易商品如何在多个市场中实现最优分配意义重大。从发电厂的角度, 考虑到主能量市场和辅助服务市场的不同特性以及市场流程的层次性, 将机组在两个市场的总收益最大的总体目标分解成为两个市场阶段收益最大的子目标, 分步骤地进行电能有功和无功联合分析, 以及有功电能与备用电能联合分析, 实现了多种电力交易商品的市场联动, 并探讨了基于主辅联合分析的竞价电能多市场最优分配比例。最后以实际机组为例, 通过计算机模拟, 对机组所涵盖的多种电力商品参与多个竞争市场的配额分配进行了分析研究, 给出了联合竞价的策略。
Under the multi-level diversification of power market, with the opening up of various power auxiliary service markets, how to realize the optimal distribution of multiple power traded commodities such as active power, reactive power and standby power covered by the research units in multiple markets major. Finally, taking the actual unit as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the quota allocation of multiple electric power commodities covered by the unit in multiple competitive markets through computer simulation, and gives the strategy of joint bidding.
