圩区大型排涝站的封闭式出水池设计时,一般都加设真空破坏阀或减压井,用以防止真空及气体压力的破坏。但在建造中、小型排涝站时,往往忽略了真空及气体压力造成的危害。我县过去建造封闭式出水池排涝站时,一般未考虑预留通气孔。1983年汛后检查,四座泵站均有不同程度的破坏。其中1974年建的一座安装3台套ZLB-70型轴流泵的排涝站,钢筋混凝土封闭式出水池出水,在汛期高水位情况下,开机后从出水池内向外射出水柱,水柱超过外河水位2~3米,当即关闭防洪闸,才使工程免遭严重破坏。汛后检
