北京市丰台区芳古园小学始建于1991年,现一校两址,有24个教学班,教职工58人,在校生776人,市区级骨干教师15人。2000年至2005年,学校提出“校无大小,至精则胜”的办学理念。2005年至2012年,学校又提出“全员服务、精细管理”的理念,从管理入手,提高教育教学质量,促进学生全面发展、学有所长。2012年学校将校园文化凝练成“精美教育”。多年来,全体教师在办学路上不断探索与实践,奠定了这所年轻小学的“精美”文化基调。精美教育追求精细的教学管理文化。在资源、经验共享过程中,干部、教师的专业得到了共同成长,精细的教学管理文化逐渐形成,精致的课堂评价标准得到了教师
