在油菜生产过程中,油菜籽的发育状况,直接影响着菜籽的产量和质量。近两年来,湖南省推广试种的几个“三系”油菜杂种,在生产上表现比常规油菜良种有一定的增产优势,但根据经济性状考察结果,种子千粒重与常规品种比较有高有低,因而不能更充分地发挥杂种的增产优势。为了探索这一问题,我们于1981年、1982年连续两年,以本省的当家良种和有代表性的杂种为材料,对其种子的发育过程,分别傲了酯酶同工酶等的分析,以及种子大小和鲜、干重的测定。现将两年的结果综述如下:
