从世界文化产业发展历史来看,每一次金融危机,反而都是娱乐产业上扬的机遇,这就是人们通常所说的“口红效应”。文化产业在经济萧条时期具有“反周期”的独特属性,休闲类文化产品、“疗伤”类文化产品和励志类文化产品是应该重点发展的领域,危机同样孕育着“制度创新”和“文化出口”的机遇,因此,要积极正面看待此次金融危机和文化产业发展繁荣的关系。
From the history of the development of the world’s cultural industries, every financial crisis is an opportunity for the entertainment industry to rise. This is what people commonly refer to as the “lipstick effect.” The cultural industry has the unique property of “countercyclicality” during the economic depression. The cultural products of leisure type, healing type and inspirational cultural products are the key areas for development. Therefore, we should positively and positively view the relationship between the financial crisis and the development and prosperity of cultural industries.
