目的和方法:为了探讨 C A50 、 C E A、 A F P、β2 M G 联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤诊断的价值,本文用放免法测定了30 例胃癌、42 例肝癌、25 例结直肠癌的 C A50 、 C E A、 A F P、β2 M G值,同时测定了51 例正常人,25 例肝硬化、28 例肝血管瘤、胃炎、胃溃疡44 例的上述四项值。结果与结论:结果发现胃、肝、结直肠癌的测定值明显高于对照组及非肿瘤组(p < 0 .01) ,四项联合检测的阳性率也明显高于单项检测的阳性率。四项肿瘤标志物联合检测可以提高消化道恶性肿瘤的检出率。
Objective and method: To investigate the value of combined detection of C A 50, C E A, A F P, and β 2 M G for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer, 30 cases of gastric cancer, 42 cases of liver cancer, and 25 cases were determined by radioimmunoassay. The C A 50, C E A, A F P, and β 2 M G values of colorectal cancer were measured in 51 normal subjects, 25 cases of cirrhosis, 28 cases of hepatic hemangioma, gastritis, and gastric ulcer in 44 cases. Four items. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results showed that the measured values of gastric, hepatic, and colorectal cancers were significantly higher than those in the control and non-tumor groups (p < 0.01). The positive rate of the four combined tests was also significantly higher than the positive rate of single tests. Combined detection of four tumor markers can improve the detection rate of malignant tumors of the digestive tract.
