教育的目的是培养和提高人的素质,培养出社会所需要的各类人才。当今社会分工越来越精细,对工作者要求越来越高。一方面社会需要一些新型的复合型人才,另一方面也更需要大批的各行业专才。因此,我们教育工作的重心,将转向塑造学习者新型的自由人格,并结合社会精细化分工的需要,在充分尊重学生个性化发展要求的前提下,因材施教,因势利导,多层次、全方位地培养出各行各业所需要的、各具特色的新型人才。本文主要是从高职院校学生教育管理一线的工作实践中,通过对学生采取“跟进式”教育管理的案例,分析探索大学生教育管理和学校培养人才过程中“因材施教”的教育理念和原则的应用。
The purpose of education is to cultivate and improve the quality of people and to cultivate the talents required by society.
