写文艺评论文章,应该提倡有几句话就说几句话的良好风气,砍去一切可有可无的枝蔓。现在我们有些评论者提笔动辄数千言,或洋洋万言,乍一看去洋洋大观,究其实则内中水分太多,令读者或三叹远而避之,或非得下几次决心才能硬着头皮读完。如果评论者有着若干真知灼见,必得那么多字才能说明问题,这样致使文章写长了,当然无可非议,读者定会欣然拜读。我说的不是这种情况,而是指那些认定“非长
