以富士苹果为试材,进行不同时期的果实套袋和摘袋处理,以不套袋果实为对照,测定了果实中重要光合同化物的积累,分析比较了套袋对果实中糖分积累和转化的影响。试验结果表明:套袋提高了果实的单果重,降低了果实早期的淀粉积累速率,缩短了积累持续时间;在发育早期,套袋果实中蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖的含量和变化趋势与不套袋的对照果实基本一致;在果实发育后期,套袋果实中蔗糖和葡萄糖的含量明显降低;合适的摘袋时间有利于提高果实中蔗糖和果糖的含量,改善果实品质,但过早摘袋不利于蔗糖和果糖的积累。反季节套袋也证实了果实后期的遮光处理不利于蔗糖和果糖的积累。
