面对非法、超范围经营的旅行社出境游产品“假货充斥”的局面,国家特许经办出境游业务的多家合法旅行社多年来一直实行的是散兵作战的方式,疲于应付。而日前,中国国际旅行社总社等9家中央及北京的国际旅行社借“风兰之旅”产品的正式推出,首次联手合作,实现了一种行业的联合,从某种角度上,可视为合法从事出境游业务的旅行社采取的一次行业自我保护行动,是出境游合法旅行社集中向消费者展示真与假、优与劣的一次大出击。
