编辑同志: 在多年的临床工作中,我院儿科采用云南白药糊剂治疗小儿各种口腔炎症,收到了满意的效果,现报告如下。 选择1996～1998年来我院就诊的口腔炎患者145例,其中男71例,女74例;年龄小4个月至1岁。随机分成治疗组75例。对照组70例;两组在性别、年龄、症状、体征等各方面无显著性差异。治疗组以云南白药加适量香油调成糊状,均匀涂抹口腔炎症局部创面,每日饭后及睡前各涂1次。对照组用青霉素肌注,每日2次,维生素B_2口服。
