目的:建立毛细管区带电泳测定无花果中补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管区带电泳法(CZE),未涂层弹性石英毛细管(75μm×60cm,有效长度50 cm);压力进样,压力为3.0×10~3 Pa;进样时间5 s;分离电压22 kV;柱温25℃;检测波长245 nm;运行缓冲液50 mmol·L~(-1)硼砂·硼酸溶液(pH 9.0)。结果:补骨脂素的线性范围为5.0~80.0 mg·L~1(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.24%。结论:方法准确可靠,适合于无花果中补骨脂素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis method for determination of psoralen content in fig. Methods: Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), uncoated elastic quartz capillary (75μm×60cm, effective length 50cm); pressure injection, pressure 3.0×10~3 Pa; injection time 5 s; separation voltage 22 kV; column temperature 25 °C; detection wavelength 245 nm; running buffer 50 mmol · L -1 borax boric acid solution (pH 9.0). Results: The linear range of psoralen was 5.0 to 80.0 mg·L~1 (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 98.2% and the RSD was 2.24%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of psoralen in fig.
