目的探讨血清肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)及心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)测定对窒息新生儿心肌损害的早期诊断价值。方法对72例轻、重度窒息新生儿及40例对照组正常新生儿于生后18~24小时静脉抽血2ml送检,检测血清CK-MB及cTnI水平。结果各组窒息新生儿血清CK-MB及cTnI水平明显增高,并与窒息程度呈正比,经统计学处理,对照组与轻度窒息组、重度窒息组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),轻度组与重度组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论血清CK-MB及cTnI水平测定可用于窒息新生儿心肌损害的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of serum creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and cardiac troponin (cTnI) in the early diagnosis of myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia. Methods Seventy-two neonates with mild and severe asphyxia and 40 normal controls were given intravenous 2 ml blood samples 18 to 24 hours after birth. Serum CK-MB and cTnI levels were measured. Results Serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in neonates with asphyxia were significantly higher than those in asphyxia group (P <0.01), and were positively correlated with the degree of asphyxia. Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the control group and the mild asphyxia group and the severe asphyxia group (P <0.01) , There was significant difference between mild group and severe group (P <0.01). Conclusion Serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI can be used for the early diagnosis of myocardial damage in asphyxia neonates.
