主要介绍水压机构中U形波纹管替代橡胶水压膜片的可行性技术研究,通过理论计算和工程试验表明,U形波纹管替代橡胶水压膜片用于水压机构中是可行的。应用激光焊接技术将U形波纹管焊接到水压机构上,经测试满足水压结构的强度与密封要求。U形波纹管替代水压机构中橡胶水压膜片解决了水压机构中橡胶膜片的维护麻烦、易破裂、易老化和一致性差等问题。
This paper mainly introduces the feasibility study of the U-shaped bellows instead of the rubber hydraulic diaphragm in the hydraulic pressure mechanism. The theoretical calculation and engineering tests show that it is feasible to use the U-shaped bellows instead of the rubber hydraulic diaphragm in the hydraulic mechanism. The application of laser welding technology to the U-shaped bellows welded to the hydraulic mechanism, tested to meet the strength of the hydraulic structure and sealing requirements. U-shaped corrugated pipe instead of water pressure in the hydraulic diaphragm to solve the hydraulic mechanism in the hydraulic diaphragm maintenance trouble, easy to crack, easy to aging and poor consistency and other issues.
