应用金黄地鼠胚胎细胞转化试验检测了氟化物的诱变致癌性。结果显示,1、4m m ol/L氟化钠(NaF)受试组与阴性对照存活约80d,未见转化发生。而2m m ol/LNaF处理组(SHEF2)细胞逐渐出现类似阳性对照MNNG 诱导的转化细胞特征;培养至110d 有转化集落形成;接种培养150d 的SHEF2 于裸鼠腹部皮下有纤维肉瘤形成。提示氟化物对哺乳动物细胞可能具有致突变性和潜在致癌性
The mutagenic carcinogenicity of fluoride was tested using a golden hamster embryo cell transformation assay. The results showed that 1,4m m ol/L sodium fluoride (NaF) group and the negative control group survived for about 80 days and no conversion occurred. The 2m m ol/L NaF treatment group (SHEF2) cells gradually appeared similar to the characteristics of the positive control MNNG-induced transformed cells; the transformed colonies formed on the 110th day of culture; and the SHEF2 on the 150th day of inoculation had a fibrosarcoma formation in the abdomen of nude mice.
