本文借鉴前人的研究成果,将高技术企业的创新过程分为技术开发和技术转化两个阶段,并对两个阶段分别构建了投入产出评价指标体系。同时采用DEA方法对全国21个省市的高技术大型企业的创新绩效进行实证研究,通过对比分析两阶段的投入产出绩效,发现我国大部分省市高技术大型企业的技术开发效率和技术转化效率都较低。最后进一步对各地区的高技术中型企业的创新绩效进行分析,发现大部分地区的高技术中型企业创新绩效都高于大型企业。
This article draws on the research results of the predecessors, divides the innovation process of high-tech enterprises into two stages of technology development and technology transformation, and constructs the input-output evaluation index system for each of the two phases. At the same time, we use DEA method to make an empirical study on the innovation performance of high-tech large enterprises in 21 provinces and cities in our country. Through comparative analysis of the two stages of input-output performance, we find that the technology development efficiency and technology transformation of most high-tech large enterprises in China Efficiency is low. Finally, the author further analyzes the innovation performance of high-tech medium-sized enterprises in all regions and finds that the innovation performance of high-tech medium-sized enterprises in most areas is higher than that of large-scale enterprises.
