最近Chudler等发现大鼠对伤害性反应的神经元集中在纹状体边缘区部位。本文用免疫组化方法研究了大鼠纹状体边缘区中和痛觉有关的P物质、亮氨酸-脑啡肽、胆囊收缩素的分布。P物质、亮氨酸-脑啡肽、胆囊收缩素免疫阳性纤维和胞体在边缘区中分布密集,形成一条明显的带状,带的宽度和位置与边缘区一致。本文证明纹状体边缘区中存在密度较高的P物质、亮氨酸-脑啡肽、胆囊收缩素免疫阳性纤维和少量胞体,并讨论了这些免疫阳性纤维的来源及其与痛觉的关系。
Recently, Chudler et al. Found that rats’ nociceptive neurons were concentrated in the marginal division of the striatum. Immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the distribution of substance P, leucine-enkephalin and cholecystokinin in the marginal division of rat striatum. Substance P, leucine-enkephalin, cholecystokinin-immunopositive fibers and cell bodies were densely distributed in the marginal zone and formed a distinct band with the same width and location of the marginal zone. This article demonstrates that there is a high density of substance P, leucine - enkephalin, cholecystokinin - immunoreactive fibers and a small amount of cell bodies in the marginal division of the striatum. The origin of these immunopositive fibers and their relationship with pain are also discussed.
