差生的主要表现是学习差,所以在做他们的转化工作时,努力提高他们的学习成绩是最主要的.对差生的转化工作,我是这样做的:一、改革课堂教学方法课堂教学是教学的基本形式,差生学习成绩的提高,主要依靠课堂教学.我在教学中注意做到:1.在备课和上课时都面向全班,照顾差生.对于差生,我有五个优先:优先提问,优先板演,优先看作业,优先辅导,优先安排座位.2.数学概念比较抽象,而差生的抽象思维较差,所以我在教学时尽可能采用直观方法,做到通俗易懂,便于差生接受.3.一堂课教学内容的安排主要照顾中、差生,课内留有充裕的时间让学生练习,发现差生的问题及时给予辅导和补救.
