为探究能量输入对低阶煤泥浮选的影响,设计了浮选机转速分别为1 500、1 800、2 100、2 400以及2 700 r/min的浮选速度试验,分析了能量输入与浮选指标的关系,研究了能量输入对浮选动力学过程的影响。结果表明:合适的能量输入对低阶煤泥浮选意义重大,过高或过低的能量输入都不利于浮选的进行;利用MATLAB软件对试验数据拟合,在中低能量输入条件下,一级矩阵模型对各个浮选过程的拟合度最高,但在转速为2 400和2 700 r/min高能量输入下,经典一级动力学方程是本试验煤样浮选过程的最佳模型。
In order to explore the influence of energy input on low rank slime flotation, a flotation velocity test of flotation machine with rotating speeds of 1 500, 1 800, 2 100, 2 400 and 2 700 r / min respectively was designed. The effects of energy input and Flotation index, studied the impact of energy input on the kinetic process of flotation. The results show that proper energy input is of great significance to the flotation of coal slime with low order, and the input of too high or too low energy is unfavorable to flotation. Using MATLAB software to fit the experimental data, The first-order matrix model has the highest fitting degree for each flotation process, but the classical first-order kinetic equation is the best model for the coal flotation process under the high-energy input of 2 400 and 2 700 r / min .
