考察成型过程因素对黧蒴栲和工业油料饼粕协同成型行为的影响。结果表明,饼粕及其堆肥化产物的加入有利于提升颗粒强度。随着温度的升高及含水率、饼粕、饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增加,混合颗粒挤压能耗持续降低。推动能耗分别随温度的升高而增大、随含水率的增大先增大后减小、饼粕和饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增大先减小后增大。Meyer强度随温度的升高而增强,随饼粕和饼粕堆肥化产物含量的增加先增强后减弱,在含水率10%(质量分数)时强度最大。
The effect of forming process on the co-molding behavior of Castanopsis carlesii and industrial fuel cake was investigated. The results showed that the addition of cake and its compost products can improve the strength of granules. With the increase of temperature and the increase of moisture content, the content of cake and cake compost, the extrusion energy consumption of mixed particles continued to decrease. The energy consumption increased with the increase of temperature, then increased with the increase of water cut, and then decreased with the increase of temperature. The increase of the content of the composting products of cake and cake first decreased then increased. The intensity of Meyer increased with the increase of temperature, and then increased with the increase of the content of compost product of cake and cake. The intensity of Meyer was the highest when the moisture content was 10% (mass fraction).
