“分层教学法”将每位学生纳入教育对象,并能提出相对的、不同学生都能接受的要求和目标,体现了因材施教的教育教学理念,对职技校教学工作有一定实用性。分层教学法通过对学生分层、对教学目标分层、对课堂提问分层、对课后布置作业分层来实施,实施过程中要注意提高教师自身素质、把握好课堂组织等环节,使“分层教学法”发挥应有的实效。
