实施产品设计、加工、销售、以及产品回收再生的整个过程的系统工程学科就是机械制造技术,包含物质流、信息流和能量流的完整系统工程。它的主要目标是来提高产品质量、效益、竞争力。人们对产品的要求随着高科技技术的进步以及社会发展也逐渐发生很大变化,这些要求涉及到品种、质量、更新、使用的方便性、价格、外形、售后服务等。由此可见,必须要采用先进的机械制造技术来满足人们这些日益太高的要求。主要对我国当今发展阶段的机械制造技术特点、现状以及发展的前景作分析。
The systems engineering disciplines that carry out the entire process of product design, processing, sales, and product recycling are mechanical manufacturing techniques, complete systems engineering that includes material flows, information flows, and energy flows. Its main goal is to improve product quality, efficiency and competitiveness. People’s requirements for products have gradually changed greatly with the progress of high-tech and social development. These requirements involve variety, quality, renewal, convenience of use, price, appearance and after-sales service. From this we can see that we must adopt advanced machinery manufacturing technology to meet people’s increasingly demanding requirements. Mainly on China’s current stage of development of mechanical manufacturing technology features, status quo and prospects for development analysis.
