目的观察纳米银改性钛片对人牙龈成纤维细胞毒性的影响。方法通过MTT、扫描电镜、荧光显微镜观察并分析比较人成纤维细胞在光滑钛片和纳米银钛片表面的生长状况、形态变化。结果 MTT结果显示在各个时点各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);扫描电镜显示对照组与实验组相比,细胞排列较稀疏、形态扁平;荧光染色显示人牙龈成纤维细胞形态典型,呈梭型或者多边形,细胞微丝明显,细胞有些单个存在,有些相互连结在一起,两组钛片细胞骨架无明显差异。结论纳米银改性钛片对人牙龈成纤维细胞生长增殖无不良影响,改性钛片无细胞毒性,能为材料的临床运用提供理论依据。
Objective To observe the effect of nanosilver modified titanium on human gingival fibroblast cytotoxicity. Methods MTT, SEM and fluorescence microscopy were used to observe and compare the growth and morphological changes of human fibroblasts on the surface of smooth titanium and silver nano-titanium. Results MTT results showed that there was no significant difference among the groups at all time points (P> 0.05). Scanning electron microscopy showed that the cells in the control group were sparse and flat in morphology compared with the experimental group, and the morphology of human gingival fibroblasts Typical, was spindle or polygon, cell microfilament was obvious, some cells exist, some are linked together, the two groups of titanium cytoskeleton no significant difference. Conclusion The nano-silver modified titanium tablets have no adverse effect on the growth and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts. The modified titanium tablets have no cytotoxicity and can provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of the materials.
