本文研究了大学外语教师的特殊性,建立了大学外语教师绩效评估的指标体系。本文回答了以下三个问题:什么是大学外语教师绩效评估?为什么要对大学外语教师绩效进行评估?如何才能对大学外语教师的绩效做出科学评估?旨在突出大学外语教师绩效的核心特征,洞察大学外语教师的教学、科研以及服务效果,尽量勾画出较为合理的绩效评估指标体系,描述和把握大学外语教师绩效的特殊性。相对其他研究,本文更注重突出外语教师的特点,可以为大学外语教师绩效继续研究奠定基础。
This paper studies the particularity of university foreign language teachers and establishes the index system of university foreign language teachers’ performance evaluation. This paper answers the following three questions: What is a university foreign language teacher performance evaluation? Why university foreign language teacher performance evaluation? How to make a scientific assessment of university foreign language teachers? To highlight the core characteristics of university foreign language teachers performance, Inspects the foreign language teachers ’teaching, research and service effects in the university as far as possible to outline a more reasonable performance evaluation index system, and describes and grasps the particularity of the university foreign language teachers’ performance. Compared with other researches, this article pays more attention to the characteristics of foreign language teachers and lays the foundation for the continuous research on the performance of university foreign language teachers.
