制约译者行为的关键因素是翻译理论， 切斯曼特从模因论的角度主要对翻译理论进行了研究， 在研究的基础上提出了明晰、 真实、 信任和理解等四条伦理价值以及再现伦理、 服务伦理、 交际伦理、 基于规范的伦理和承诺伦理等五种伦理模式。 本文梳理西方翻译伦理研究成果， 重点探讨切斯特曼的翻译伦理， 并提出从翻译职业伦理和译者个人伦理两方面入手构建我国翻译伦理的构想， 以期对翻译伦理研究以及我国翻译伦理构建提供一点参考。
The key factor that restricts the translator’s behavior is translation theory. Chechman mainly studies translation theory from the perspective of memetics and proposes four ethical values such as clarity, truth, trust and understanding as well as the reappearance of ethics , Service ethics, communicative ethics, normative ethics and commitment ethics. This article combs the research achievements of western translation ethics and focuses on Chesterman ’s translation ethics and puts forward the conception of how to construct our translation ethics from the aspects of translating professional ethics and translator’ s personal ethics so as to provide translation ethics and translation ethics construction in China A little reference.
