本文目的在于观察器官形成期小鼠胚胎的单次和分次小剂量照射后的近期和远期效应。 实验分为近期效应组,远后效应组及各自的对照组。近期效应作了单次不同剂量照射(从30~300rad)和分次照射(计5次,每次50rad累积剂量250rad) 实验结果表明:胚胎器官形成期照射的近期效应:一是引起广泛的先天畸形,二是出生前存活率明显降低,死亡和吸收率明显增加。 远后效应主要是体重增长抑制与肿瘤发生率明显增高。
The purpose of this article is to observe the short-term and long-term effects of single and sub-small dose irradiation of mouse embryos in organogenesis. The experiment was divided into the recent effect group, far effect group and their control group. The recent effects of a single dose (30 ~ 300rad) and fractionated irradiation (5 times, 50rad each cumulative dose of 250rad) experimental results show that: the embryonic organ formation during the recent effects of irradiation: one is caused by a wide range of innate Deformity, the second is the survival rate was significantly reduced before birth, mortality and absorption increased significantly. Far after effects are mainly the growth inhibition and tumor incidence was significantly higher.
