船舶比例方向阀控液压操舵系统中,比例阀换向时将产生压力冲击,对液压系统及船舶本身均带来不利影响.针对某船的液压操舵系统,在AMESim中建立了比例方向阀及操舵系统模型,进行了压力冲击仿真,并与实验压力曲线进行了对比,确定了模型的正确性.在此基础上进行了降低比例方向阀换向冲击研究,采用放大器输出电流优化方法,确定了输出电流为抛物线形时阀换向压力冲击较低.实验研究结果表明:采用AMESim建立的比例方向阀控操舵系统压力冲击仿真模型与实际系统基本符合,优化电流法降低压力冲击效果明显.
Proportional directional valve control hydraulic steering system, the proportional valve will have a pressure impact when the commutation, the hydraulic system and the ship itself are adversely affected.For a ship’s hydraulic steering system, established in the AMESim proportional directional valve and steering System model, the pressure shock simulation was carried out, and compared with the experimental pressure curve to determine the correctness of the model.On the basis of this study, the research on reducing the directional reversal impact of the directional control valve was carried out and the output current was optimized by the amplifier When the current is parabolic, the pressure drop of valve commutation is lower.Experimental results show that the pressure shock simulation model of the proportional directional control valve steering system established by AMESim is basically in accordance with the actual system, and the optimization current method is effective in reducing pressure impact.
