目的 调查 7~ 1 2岁儿童感觉统合失调的失调率及其分布 ,为探讨感觉统合失调的病因及影响因素 ,促进我市儿童身心健康水平提高。方法 采用流行病学整群随机抽样的方法 ,以感觉统合评定量表调查焦作市城区有代表性的小学 1~6年级儿童。结果 1 81 1名 7~ 1 2岁儿童轻度感觉统合失调率为 2 8.6% ,重度感觉统合失调率为 1 1 .3% ,轻、重度感觉统合失调率为 39.9%。男孩的感觉统合失调率为 2 0 .3% ,其中前庭和大脑分化失常及发育期运用障碍失调率明显高于女孩 ;女孩感觉统合失调率为 1 9.7% ,其中视觉空间和形态知觉缺损明显高于男孩 ;其余项目无明显差异。在行为问题儿童中有69.1 %伴有轻度和 30 .6%伴有重度感觉统合失调 ,明显高于非行为问题儿童中的 2 4 .1 %和 9.0 %。感觉统合失调与父母受教育水平、家庭关系、父母对子女的期望等原因有密切关系。结论 感觉统合是值得重视的儿童发育问题 ,提早干预 ,可全面促进儿童感觉统合功能的改善及心理素质的提高
Objective To investigate the disorders and distribution of sensory integration disorders in children aged 7-12 years. To explore the etiology and influencing factors of sensory integration disorder and promote the improvement of physical and mental health of children in our city. Methods Randomized sampling of epidemiological cluster was used to investigate the representative primary school grade 1 to 6 children in Jiaozuo City by the sensory integration assessment scale. Results A total of 1 81 children aged 7 to 12 years with mild sensory integration disorder rate of 22.6%, severe sensory integration disorder rate of 11.3%, mild to severe sensory integration disorder rate of 39.9%. The sensory integration dysfunction rate in boys was 20.3%. The dysfunction rate of vestibular and cerebral dysfunction and dysplastic dysplasia was significantly higher than that of girls. The sensory integration dysfunction rate of girls was 9.7%, in which visual space and morphological impairment were significantly higher For boys; the remaining items were not significantly different. 69.1% of children with behavioral problems with mild and 30.6% with severe sensory integration disorders were significantly higher than 24.1% and 9.0% of children with non-behavioral problems. Sensory integration disorders with the level of parental education, family relationships, parents of children’s expectations and other reasons are closely related. Conclusions Sensory integration is a developmental issue worthy of attention in children. Early intervention can improve the improvement of sensory integration and mental quality in children
