我国高职教育校企合作由于存在认知差异、制度缺失和利益作祟等不利因素以及由此产生的弱化、应付和抵触现象,使得校企合作效果得不到彰显。对此,政府要全方位进行协调,学校和企业在校企合作过程中要积极寻找利益结合点,共同实现校企合作,以达到社会多赢。
Because of the existence of cognitive differences, institutional deficiencies and interests at work and other unfavorable factors as well as the resulting weakening, coping and contradicting phenomena, the effect of school-enterprise cooperation can not be demonstrated. In this regard, the government should conduct an all-round coordination. Schools and enterprises should actively seek integration of interests in the process of school-enterprise cooperation so as to realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises so as to achieve win-win in society.
