预防安全管理在儿童接种中的应用研究

目的探讨安全管理在儿童预防接种中的临床效果。方法 540例接受预防接种儿童,根据不同干预方案分为对照组和实验组,各270例。对照组实施常规干预,实验组实施安全管理,比较两组临床效果。结果实验组儿童接种率为97.4%,儿童配合率为93.0%,显著高于对照组的88.5%、77.8%(P<0.05);实验组儿童家属知晓率为92.2%,儿童家属满意率为93.7%,显著高于对照组的82.6%、79.3%(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为4.4%,显著低于对照组的9.25%(P<0.05)。结论儿童预防接种过程中实施安全管理效果理想,能够提高接种率和儿童及家属满意度,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of safety management in children vaccination. Methods 540 cases received vaccination of children, according to different intervention programs were divided into control group and experimental group, each 270 cases. Control group to implement routine intervention, the experimental group to implement safety management, clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The vaccination rate of children in experimental group was 97.4% and that of children was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (88.5%, 77.8%, P <0.05). The rate of awareness of family members was 92.2% and that of children was 93.7 %, Which was significantly higher than 82.6% and 79.3% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.4%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.25%, P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of safety management during vaccination in children is effective and can improve the vaccination rate and the satisfaction of children and their families and is worth promoting.
