本文针对高职辅导员队伍建设存在的管理组织乏力,缺乏系统思考;辅导员工作随意性大,缺乏个人目标;许多教师不愿当辅导员,缺乏积极性;辅导员考核工作重结果轻过程,缺乏有效激励等问题。笔者提出解决高职辅导员队伍建设的四种对策。
This article aims at the weakness of management organization in the construction of higher vocational counselors ’team, lack of systematic thinking; the counselors’ work is arbitrary and lacks personal goals; many teachers do not want to be counselors, lack of enthusiasm; Effective incentives and other issues. The author puts forward four kinds of countermeasures to solve the problem of higher vocational counselors.
