1.前言六十年代以来,随着黄钾铁钒法、针铁矿法等方法的出现,国外炼锌厂相继采用了高温高酸浸出新工艺。这个新工艺对于完善湿法炼锌流程,提高锌及其它有价金属的提取率都是十分有利的。我国冶金工作者也在这方面作了很多工作,并在黄钾铁钒法和针铁矿法等几种炼铁方法上发表了大量的意见。近几年来我们就炼锌工业中出现的新技术做了一些资料分析、研究工作,深深感到:根据我国实际情况,炼锌工业中大量使用钠、氨等化工原料的黄钾铁钒法是不符合我国国情的,而针铁矿法则要把铁往返还原、氧化、工序复杂,操作难度较大。为
