本文复制食饵性动脉粥样硬化(As)模型,研究血脂灵对As家兔主动脉内膜As斑块形成及血清脂旦白含量的影响,疗程两个月。结果(1)根据内膜病变肉眼定级及内膜病变侵犯面积测定的结果,血脂灵组与造型对照组两组间差异均十分显著;(2)根据形态学组化分析(Sudan,Schultze,Alcain blue,Orcein染色)的结果表明,血脂灵组与造型对照组相比,血脂灵组内膜增生轻,脂质沉积及胆固醇沉积少,结缔组织生成轻。提示血脂灵口服能明显抑制实验性As家兔主动脉内膜斑块形成。并能明显升高血清HDL及其亚组分HDL_2含量。提示血脂灵抑制As斑块形成的机理,有调节血脂代谢的因素参与。
This article replicated the predilection atherosclerosis (As) model to study the effect of Xuezhiling on As plaque formation and serum adipose content in rabbit aortic intima, with a course of two months. Results (1) According to the results of macroscopic and intimal lesion area determination of endometrial lesions, the differences between Xuezhiling group and modeling control group were significant; (2) According to morphological histochemical analysis (Sudan, Schultze, The results of staining with Alcain blue and Orcein showed that compared with the model control group, the Xuezhiling group had less intimal hyperplasia, less lipid deposition and cholesterol deposition, and lighter connective tissue formation. It is suggested that oral administration of Xuezhiling can significantly inhibit the formation of aortic plaque in experimental As rabbits. And can significantly increase serum HDL and its sub-component HDL_2 content. It is suggested that the mechanism of Xuezhiling in inhibiting the formation of As plaque is involved in the regulation of blood lipid metabolism.
