羟氨苄青霉素已有多种定量测定方法,如碘量法、微生物法、荧光法与高压液相层析法。本文报道,可直接应用极谱分析法测定胶丸和尿液中的羟氨苄青霉素。羟氨苄青霉素经酸性水解所得的电活性产物(可能是吡嗪衍生物),在半波电位-0.90V(对饱和甘汞电极)和pH5.0的条件下,显示出一受扩散控制的还原极谱波,波形良好。该法准确度高、重现性好、灵敏度15μg/ml,尤具有选择性的优点、无须除去胶丸中的赋形
Amoxicillin has been a variety of quantitative determination methods, such as iodometry, microbiology, fluorescence and high pressure liquid chromatography.
