从近年来,对恒弹性合金在国内外研究与生产总趋势出发,分析与综述了恒弹性合金在仪器仪表工业中当前的应用与发展的动向。此文归纳性提出以下四个方面:(1)高温恒弹性合金。使用温度已可达到600-650℃,典型材料为INCOLOY 903(Fe-Ni-Co-Nb合金)等。 (2)低温与超低温恒弹性合金。以30НХГТЮБ为例,可应用于-269℃工作。(8)高弹性极限恒弹性合金。其弹性极限可提高到σ0.2-150kg/mm2。(4)无磁恒弹性合金。以Fe-Mn系、Nb基及Ti基合金性能比较优良。
In recent years, based on the general trends of research and production of constant elastic alloys at home and abroad, the trends of application and development of constant elastic alloys in instrumentation industry are analyzed and summarized. This article induces the following four aspects: (1) High temperature permanent elastic alloy. The use of temperature can reach 600-650 ℃, the typical material is INCOLOY 903 (Fe-Ni-Co-Nb alloy) and so on. (2) low temperature and ultra-low temperature constant elastic alloy. Take 30НХГТЮБ as an example, it can be applied to work at -269 ℃. (8) high elastic limit constant elastic alloy. Its elastic limit can be increased to σ0.2-150kg / mm2. (4) non-magnetic constant elastic alloy. With Fe-Mn-based, Nb-based and Ti-based alloy performance is relatively good.
