本文介绍了适用于小直径炮孔爆破的岩石聚能切割爆破技术。其聚能药包能产生两股方向相反的锥形金属射流,在炮孔壁上形成两个相对的“点状”穿孔。每个炮孔装有若干个聚能药包,起爆后在孔壁上形成一排聚能穿孔,从而使岩石在此方向上产生裂缝并扩展、断裂。文中根据脆性断裂力学理论建立了装药参数设计公式,并以实例说明此聚能爆破技术方便易行,可用于预裂爆破、光面爆破和石料开采。
This paper introduces a rock-gather cutting blasting technique suitable for small-diameter blasthole blasting. The poly pack can produce two conical metal jets in opposite directions and form two opposite “punctate” perforations on the wall of the blast hole. Each gun hole is equipped with a number of energy-gathering drug packs. After detonation, a row of concentrating perforations are formed on the wall of the hole, so that the rock cracks and expands and breaks in this direction. Based on the theory of brittle fracture mechanics, the formula of the charge parameters was established and the example of this polyblend blasting technique was found to be convenient and feasible. It can be used for presplit blasting, smooth blasting and stone mining.
