一、前言动作频率是运动速度的一种表现形式,它对许多体育项目,特别是周期性运动项目的效果有着十分重要的影响。动作频率受什么影响?各种影响因素的关系如何?长期以来,不少专家学者对此做了广泛的研究。有人认为:动作频率主要受神经灵活性的影响:有人认为:动作频率主要受带动运动物体的力量(主要指肌肉力量)的影响。我们认为:评价运动者的动作频率,应该考虑到运动时间、运动次数、运动幅度、运动负荷等因素。从总的意义上来说:任何动作频率都受到运动者身体内部大脑皮质神经系统特征的制约,也受到运动者身体外部所表现出来的带动肢体运动的肌肉力量的影响。但是,对于不同运动幅度、不同运动负荷的动作频率,其各种影响因素所起的作用的大小应该是有所不同的。我们还认为:不同幅
I. INTRODUCTION Frequency of action is a manifestation of the speed of movement and has a very important influence on the effectiveness of many sports, especially cyclical sports. What is the impact of the action frequency? What is the relationship between various influencing factors? For a long time, many experts and scholars have done a wide range of research.
