一、体育课的密度 (一)体育课密度的概念和意义 课的密度(亦称综合密度)是指,课中各项活动合理运用时间之和与上课总时间的百分比。各项活动包括学生练习、教师指导、组织措施、观察帮助学生合理休息等。这些活动中,某项活动合理运用的总时间与课的总时间的百分比,称为该项活动的密度。如课中学生做练习的总时间与课的总时间的百分比,称为练习密度(亦称运动密度)。 研究西藏体育课密度,在于最有效地利用上课时间完成教学任务,同时可以检查课中存在的问题,提出改进办法,不断据高课的质量。 (二)影响课的密度的因素及调节方法
