传统的大班级教学很容易忽视学生的个体差异,因此在教学中应针对不同层次的学生,制订不同层次的教学目标,实现分层教学。
In the traditional teaching of large classes, it is easy to neglect the individual differences of students. Therefore, different levels of students should be formulated in teaching so as to formulate different levels of teaching goals and achieve the teaching in different levels.
