目的:了解2010~2014年Web of science数据库收录的糖尿病视网膜病变论文的研究前沿。方法:通过Web of science数据库检索2010年1月~2014年12月收录的糖尿病视网膜病变论文,行文献计量学分析。结果:年度发文量为:2010年346篇,2011年353篇,2012年389篇,2013年461篇,2014年436篇。载文数量较多的前10种期刊包括:Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci,European Journal of Ophthalmology,Diabetes,Diabetologia,Retina-the Journal of Retinal and Vitreous Diseases,ACTA OPHTHALMOLOGICA,PLOS ONE,Diabetic Medicine,Diabetes Care,Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice。研究主题包括:发病机制,治疗,动物模型,病因,病理学,流行病学,遗传学,代谢,基因组学,蛋白质组学,免疫学和微生物学等。结论:文献计量学分析有助于掌握糖尿病视网膜病变领域研究前沿;发病机制、治疗和动物模型三个主题是2010~2014年该领域的研究热点。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the research frontiers of the papers on diabetic retinopathy included in the Web of science database from 2010 to 2014. Methods: The papers of diabetic retinopathy from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrieved from Web of science database and analyzed by bibliometrics. Results: The number of annual documents was 346 in 2010, 353 in 2011, 389 in 2012, 461 in 2013 and 436 in 2014. The first 10 journals with a high number of articles include: Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci, European Journal of Ophthalmology, Diabetes, Diabetologia, Retina-the Journal of Retinal and Vitreous Diseases, ACTA OPHTHALMOLOGICA, PLOS ONE, Diabetic Medicine, Diabetes Care, Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice. Research topics include: pathogenesis, treatment, animal models, etiology, pathology, epidemiology, genetics, metabolism, genomics, proteomics, immunology and microbiology. CONCLUSION: Bibliometric analysis is helpful to master the research front in the field of diabetic retinopathy. The three topics of pathogenesis, treatment and animal model are the hot topics in this field from 2010 to 2014.
