近年来,随着国家经济体制不断完善及事业单位经济体制的逐步改革,事业单位在管理模式上也需要做出巨大的改革。整体上来看,当前我国事业单位人力资源管理仍处于传统的人事管理阶段,其改进和完善过程将更加复杂化,因其在具体的管理过程中遇到的问题和困难都是较为深层次的问题。本文将从事业单位人力资源的重要意义说起,浅析目前事业单位人力资源工作中存在的问题以及相应的建议。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the national economic system and the gradual reform of the economic structure of institutions, public institutions need to make drastic reforms in the management mode.
