本文对我国资源产业发展过程中遇到的产权关系不明确和市场结构不合理等主要障碍进行了分析，在此基础上提出了我国资源产业发展的五大发展战略和四大支持系统
This article analyzes the main obstacles such as the unclear relationship between property rights and the unreasonable market structure in the process of resource industry development in our country. Based on this, it puts forward five major development strategies and four supportive systems for the development of resource industry in our country.
